FAQ

 The more you refer to friends and family, the more you earn.

When you share link, there is no need to enter referral code at checkout. When you share code, your friends and family need to enter code at checkout when creating their first order.

No. The code is valid for first order only.

Only your friends & family whom you referred can use your code.

For first year you will get 3% reward and after that 1% reward for all orders placed by your friends.

Currently there is no limit. However, we reserve the right to change the policy at any time.

TERMS CONDITIONS

Our Loyalty Programs are for users aged 18+ who register with a valid email address.
1 Loyalty Credit equals $1 for calculation purposes.
Loyalty credits are calculated on subtotal of your order minus applicable discounts. Shipping fee is not calculated towards Rewards credit.
Loyalty Credits expire after 180 days.
Reward Credits are valid for the first 365 days after order ships. After 365 days, referral credit expires.
Referral Credits are only awarded when a new customer joins and do not apply to previous Sebamed customers.
